This event will allow you to sign up to attend our first beginner block for 2021. Our Beginner training is a nine week course, starting on Sunday January 17th 2021. There are eight weeks of training and the 9th week is for safety grading.

About the Event
The course runs for eight weeks and teaches the fundamentals of sword play based on a synthesis of various historical sources.
We'll provide all of the equipment you need, just wear clothes and shoes that you can work-out in.
At the end of the 8 week course there will be a grading day, after which you can become a full member of the club and go on to learn other weapons and styles such as Longsword, Sword and Buckler, Sword and Dagger, Rapier, and many others.
We ask that you try not to miss any classes, as if you do you will fall behind.
We do ask you to pay $100 to confirm your place and attend this course, however at the end of the course this amount will be discounted on your annual fee if you decide to join the club (making the beginner course essentially free as long…
